RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Return any unused product within 30 days of delivery if it’s in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Contact support@ebikeplug.us to start. Approved returns must ship within 14 days to 320 Deer Creek Wildwood Lane East, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442, USA.

REFUND PROCESS
Refunds to original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Initial shipping fees non-refundable.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Report within 7 days of delivery with photos to. support@cosmicbicycle.shop. 2-year warranty covers defects — refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion, free return shipping for valid claims. No coverage for misuse or wear.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Used, missing parts, or damaged packaging = not eligible unless defective. Non-compliant returns shipped back at your cost.
